Powder for thermal spraying |
abstract |
The present invention provides a fine powder for use in which a thermal sprayed coating containing ceramic is dense and can be formed with excellent durability. The spraying powder disclosed herein includes ceramic particles including a ceramic material having a melting point of 2000 DEG C or less. The powder for use is preferably such that the peak of the main peak is in the range of 10 占 퐉 or less and the peak of the second peak is on the pore diameter side smaller than the peak of the main peak in the logarithmic micropore volume distribution obtained by the mercury- , The ratio (H2 / H1) of the height H1 of the main peak to the height H2 of the second peak is 0.05 or less. |
