Provided is a method for producing a sorghum aerial part extract, containing a herbicide-activating substance. According to the present invention, a method for extracting the high content of a phenol compound known as herbicide-activating substance from sorghum aerial part is designed, and the sorghum aerial part extract produced by the method has shown capability of inhibiting germination of weeds. Thus, the method of the present invention can be useful for producing sorghum extract with increased amount of herbicide-activating substance from sorghum. |
