abstract |
A stent delivery system, a core assembly, and a method of operation thereof are provided. The delivery system may include a catheter and a core assembly. The core assembly may include a restraining member, a protruding member, a core member, and a stent extending along the core member. The tubular restraint member may be spaced apart from the core member to form a capture region. The protruding member may be disposed away from the capture region and at least partially along the core member.
