titleOfInvention | Composition for detecting multiple microorganisms comprising recombinant single chain antibodies |
abstract | According to an aspect of the invention there is provided an anti-jeneseu L. monocytogenes (Listeria monocytogenes antibody heavy chain, linker and anti-listerial monocytogenes ( Listeria < RTI ID = 0.0 > monocytogenes) comprising the light chain (light chain) of the antibody, in Listeria (Listeria a microorganism belonging to the genus Salmonella sp., a microorganism of the genus Vibrio sp., a genus Bacillus sp., and an organism Escherichia sp. There is provided a composition for detecting multiple microorganisms comprising, as an active ingredient, a recombinant single chain variable fragment that specifically binds to a microorganism. The present invention can accurately detect two or more kinds of microorganisms at the same time, thereby enabling to more effectively and quickly detect pathogenic bacteria causing the food poisoning. The single chain antibody of the present invention has a smaller molecular weight and lower stability than a whole antibody, but has economic superiority in that it can be repeatedly produced in large quantities at low cost in a transforming microorganism. In addition, the present invention can be utilized in the sample preparation process for the recovery of bacteria and the analysis by measuring the specificity and sensitivity of detection of pathogenic microorganisms (food poisoning bacteria) and general E. coli. |
