The peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 according to the present invention is generally resistant to heat and drying unlike the heat-weak protein, and has an effect of inhibiting oxidative damage of hepatic tissue induced by acetaminophen and cell death of hepatocyte And thus it can be usefully used for preventing or treating liver damage.
