abstract | The present invention relates to an effective method for preparing a taltirelin compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the purpose of the present invention is to obtain a final compound with an HPLC purity of 99% or more through simple crystallization. The method comprises: (1) a first step for coupling Fmoc-proline with a polymeric solid support; (2) a second step for coupling Fmoc-histidine with the polymeric solid support; (3) a third step for coupling 1-methyl-4,5-dihydroorotic acid with the polymeric solid support; (4) a fourth step for separating prepared peptide from the polymeric solid support using trifluoroacetic acid (TFA); and (5) a fifth step for neutralizing the peptide separated from the polymeric solid support and precipitating the peptide using an organic solvent. |
