The present invention relates to a transparent barrier film in which a hard coating layer, an inorganic layer and an inorganic oxide layer are sequentially layered on one surface of a transparent base film layer. The present invention improves transparency and excellent interlaminar adhesion by optimizing the layer structure so as to improve the transmissivity of the film by the hard coat layer, improve the interlaminar adhesion by the inorganic layer, and improve the gas barrier property by the inorganic oxide layer. It is possible to provide a transparent barrier film excellent in optical properties such as visible light transmittance, haze and yellowness (b *) as well as low moisture permeability. |
