Immobilized Enzyme Complex and Preparation Method of Retinyl Ester Using the Same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to an immobilized enzyme complex in which esterase coupled to beta-glucan is immobilized on a mesoporous carrier, and relates to a method for manufacturing retinyl ester by an esterification reaction from fatty acid and retinol single-chain ester using the immobilized enzyme complex. Provided in the present invention is the immobilized enzyme complex, which can stabilize an enzyme and can minimize the loss of an immobilized enzyme. |
