The present invention relates to a colorimetric detection method for detecting organic mercury, including mercury ions (II) and alkyl mercury, which are highly toxic and harmful as one of heavy metals using gold nanoparticles. According to the present invention, the concentration of mercury contained in an aqueous solution, wastewater, or drinking water can be discriminated through color change, and can be used for measuring mercury concentration not only in real time but also in real time. |
