abstract The present invention relates to marinated meat which includes raw meat and a seasoning composition comprising ε-polylysine or a grapefruit seed extract, and to a method for preparing the same. The ε-polylysine or grapefruit seed extract of the present invention is added to the seasoning composition to improve the storability of the marinated meat, and is derived from natural products, thereby being safe for a human body.
