The present invention relates to an ink or paste composition for forming micropatterns and a highly-conductive micropattern electrode using the same. The ink/paste composition of the present invention contains carbon-coated metal nanoparticles, which are suitable for low-temperature sintering, and needs no dispersion stabilizer. In addition, the ink/paste composition of the present invention can stably form micropatterns in the range of 50-300 μm through a dual low-temperature sintering procedure (oxidation and reduction). Therefore, the ink/paste composition of the present invention can form highly conductive metal micropatterns on a substrate, specifically, a flexible substrate, and can be industrially favorably applied since the composition exhibits remarkably excellent electrical characteristics compared with polymer materials used in the prior art. |
