abstract |
A filler capable of suppressing thermal expansion of the glass composition by the addition of a small amount and having excellent fluidity when the glass composition is melted and a glass composition containing the filler are provided. The present invention also provides a process for producing hexacyan phosphate compound which can be preferably used as the filler by a simple and industrially advantageous method. The filler of the present invention is a hexacyclophosphate compound represented by the following formula 1 having a purity of 90% or more and a content of an ionic compound of 1.0% by weight or less. K a Zr b (PO 4 ) 3 (1) In the formula (1), a is an integer of 0.8 to 1.2, and b is an integer satisfying a + 4b = 9. |
