titleOfInvention | Preparing method of self-assembling 2-D nanostructure |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a self-assembled 2-D structure, and more particularly, to a method of fabricating a self-assembled 2-D structure using an etchant that selectively etches the ends of the capped nanorods. Using the self-assembled 2-D nanostructure manufacturing method of the present invention, it is possible to make the end-to-end connection network of the nano rod more easily and uniformly distribute the Naro rod over a wide area on the substrate. Also, the density of the nanorod network can be controlled by using the self-assembled 2D nanostructure manufacturing method of the present invention. The self-assembled 2-D nanostructure produced by the method of manufacturing the self-assembled 2-D nanostructure of the present invention can exhibit high electrical conductivity while preserving the properties of the nanorod, and can be used for an electric device as an effective transport layer have. |
