The present invention relates to a method for separating components from milk. The present invention also relates to compositions made from the separate components. The present invention is directed to nutritional milk compositions and products designed to include one or more components separated from milk, within a specified percentage range per size provided. The compositions of the present invention are optionally non-essential ingredients, but may include nutritionally functional ingredients. The complete nutritional milk composition of the present invention may be provided as unflavoured milk, flavored milk, ice cream, yogurt and milk powder. |
