abstract The present invention provides a multi-layered ceramic condenser which has excellent durability properties even with the thickness of a dielectric layer less than or equal to 0.8 μm, and also has excellent bias properties. The multi-layered ceramic condenser has a stacked body formed by alternately stacking inner electrode layers having different polarity from that of the dielectric layer. The dielectric layer includes a ceramic particle including Ba, Ti, and X. (X is at least one element selected from a group composed of Mo, Ta, Nb, and W.) The concentration distribution of the X in the ceramic particle is within ±5%.
