abstract The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide group for cancer detection of a specific sequence hybridized with a nucleic acid of a cancer cell, a cancer diagnostic kit comprising an oligonucleotide group of a specific sequence, and a method for providing information necessary for diagnosis or prognosis of cancer. The method of the present invention makes it possible to early diagnose a specific cancer according to the mutation of a specific gene using RNA, unlike the case of examining a somatic mutation using existing gDNA. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to detect a mutation that has not been detected by gDNA, and all cancer-related gene mutation tests can be performed with a single RNA extraction, thereby making it possible to perform an accurate and quick diagnosis. In particular, the method of the present invention enables simultaneous detection of all mutations associated with thyroid cancer, thereby enabling the diagnosis of thyroid cancer to be rapidly and accurately performed.
