abstract |
The present invention relates to an ink composition for preparing a light absorption layer of solar cells and a preparation method of a light absorption thin film using the same, wherein the ink composition comprises: at least one of a first nanoparticle precursor comprising at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of copper (Cu), zinc (Zn) and tin (Sn), and at least one of a second nanoparticle precursor comprising at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of copper (Cu), indium (In) and gallium (Ga); and (b) a source of sodium (Na). The present invention allows Na to be uniformly distributed over the entire absorber layer. |
