abstract | Provided is a method for manufacturing a seasoning compound containing Aster yomena which comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a mixture by mixing 100 parts by weight of Aster yomena, 10-50 parts by weight of glutinous rice paste, 1-10 parts by weight of fermented plant liquor, and 1-10 parts by weight of soy sauce per 100 parts by weight of the Aster yomena; and (b) drying the mixture prepared at the step (a) and pulverizing the same. The seasoning composition manufactured by the same method is very beneficial to health if being eaten and greatly enhances the flavor of a food to which the seasoning composition added. |
