abstract |
The present invention relates to a monomer represented by chemical formula 1; a polymer represented by chemical formula 2; an organic compound comprising a compound for an organic film, which is a mixture of the monomer, the polymer, or a combination thereof; an organic film manufactured from the organic composition; and a method for forming patterns using the organic composition. The definitions of the chemical formulas 1 and 2 are the same as described in the specification. The monomer can secure both corrosion resistance and planarization characteristics. |
