abstract The present invention relates to a microdevice for microbial strain selection and a microbial strain selection method using the same. The microdermabrasion microdevice for screening microbial strains according to the present invention and the method for screening microbial strains using the microdermabrasion microbes according to the present invention can rapidly select microbial strains sensitive to light and chemical stimuli. In particular, when a carbon source or a nitrogen source is supplied as the chemical stimulus, it is possible to specifically select microalgae strains having excellent growth characteristics.
