abstract | The present invention relates to a composition which is suitable for forming a durable film, and comprises: i) an organic vehicle; ii) an inorganic additive if applicable; and iii) a metal-organic compound containing a metal, gold (Au), aluminum (Al), tin (Sn), and bismuth (Bi). Here, a ratio of Bi to Sn is in a range of 10:1 to 50:1, and a ratio of Al to Sn is in a range of 1:1 to 15:1. The present invention also relates to a layered structure which comprises: i) a substrate having a surface; and ii) a metal layer connected to the surface as being partially overlapped with the surface. The metal layer includes a metal, gold (Au), aluminum (Al), tin (Sn), and bismuth (Bi). A ratio of Bi to Sn inside the metal layer is in a range of 10:1 to 50:1, and a ratio of Al to Sn is in a range of 1:1 to 15:1. The present invention also relates to a precursor of the layered structure which comprises: a) a substrate having a surface; and b) a composition partially overlapped with the surface. The composition includes a metal-organic compound containing a metal, gold (Au), aluminum (Al), tin (Sn), and bismuth (Bi). A ratio of Bi to Sn inside the composition is in a range of 10:1 to 50:1, and a ratio of Al to Sn is in a range of 1:1 to 15:1. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a layered structure comprising the following steps: (S1) providing a substrate having a surface; (S2) obtaining a precursor of a layered structure while a first composition is overlapped with at least a part of the surface; and (S3) processing the precursor of the layered structure at a temperature of 500°C or higher. |
