The present invention relates to a method for cultivating lettuce by using Paenibacillus mucilaginosus C23 (Accession No. KACC91963P) and Bacillus ehimensis C25 (Accession No. KACC91964P), and is capable of degrading at a rate as high as that of a conventional chitosan-degrading microorganism. As the chitosan fermentation product using this microorganism, (Polyphenol, flavonoid, electron donating ability) content as well as promoting the growth of lettuce when applied to cultivation. |
