Method for preparing polyvinyl chloride based paste resin having excellent elasticity |
abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a vinyl chloride-based paste resin and a vinyl chloride-based paste resin produced thereby. According to the present invention, the vinyl chloride-based paste resin enables the production of molded articles with excellent elastic recovery rate in the process of plastisol and is easy to process due to the lowly variable viscosity. To this end, the method of the present invention includes the following steps: (1) producing a polymer after polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer in the presence of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an emulsifying agent, and a reaction initiator; and (2) drying the polymer by spraying. |
