abstract | The present invention relates to a draw-out device for a bowl, comprising: a box shape housing, a receiving unit to store the bowls, and a draw-out unit to dispense the bowls from the receiving unit one by one. The draw-out unit comprises: a supporting unit to support or release a first lowest bottom bowl in the receiving unit to draw-out by falling; and a pressurizing unit to grip or release a second bowl overlapped to the first bowl, to prevent falling of the second bowl along with the first bowl, wherein the supporting unit and the pressurizing unit are operated in alternation by an air pressure, in order to draw-out a single bowl from the receiving unit. According to the present invention, the bowls can sequentially be drawn-out one by one by a consecutive operation in alternation of the supporting unit and the pressurizing unit by the air pressure, and is also capable of consecutively draw-out, with controllable drawing-out speed of the bowl by operating the draw-out unit by the air pressure. The present invention has an effect in preventing falling of the overlapped bowls to the second bowl by the compression of bowls by the pressurizing unit even if a size or thickness of the bowl is not uniform, and additionally improves productivity in a production line, allowing stable drawing-out of the bowl by forcing the drawing-out of the lowest bottom bowl by changing a volume of the bowl by the pressurizing unit. |
