abstract The present invention relates to a pH electrode and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the pH electrode according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate; forming an electrode pattern on the substrate by photolithography; forming a first metal layer on the electrode pattern by sputtering; forming a second metal layer on the electrode pattern by electrodeposition; and heating the substrate on which the electrode pattern is formed to a preset temperature. According to the present invention, there is an advantage of producing a mass of pH electrodes representing stable sensitivity and excellent electrochemical characteristics.
