Disclosed herein is a composition for enhancing transparency of the skin comprising, as an active ingredient, a blue composite powder and a blue composite powder including a coating layer coated on the plate-like fine powder and the plate-like fine powder. The composite powder can have the effects of improved naturalness, glossiness, and transparency by reflecting, emitting or amplifying blue light. In addition, the composite powder can exhibit a uniform coating property and a uniform interference effect on the skin by limiting the particle size distribution of the composite powder to 1 to 16 mu m. In addition, the composite powder is useful because it can be used in a cosmetic composition for base makeup containing the same. |
