The present invention relates to a DNA marker of a large oyster mushroom, and more particularly, to a SCAR marker for discriminating a large oyster mushroom having a high beta-glucan content. According to the present invention, SCAR markers capable of quickly distinguishing mushrooms having a high content of beta-glucan can be utilized to effectively utilize them in large-scale mushroom breeding. |
