abstract |
The plastisol-coated plating equipment is used to immobilize the polymer-containing substrate in the electroless plating bath during electroless plating of the polymer. To prevent the plastisol coated plating equipment from being metallized during electroless metallization, a composition of the sulfur compound is applied to the plastisol. After metallization, plastisol-coated plating equipment can be reused without the need to remove unwanted metals from the equipment. |
