A cosmetic aqueous dispersion which has both flexibility and correctability (set retentivity) and can be easily returned to its original state even once the set is collapsed, and a cosmetic obtained by using the same. A polyurethane obtained from a polyol component containing at least one of a polyether polyol and a polyester polyol and a polyisocyanate component, wherein the polyether polyol of the polyol component is a polyurethane obtained by reacting a structural unit derived from a polyalkylene glycol having 2 to 4 carbon atoms A polyether polyol having a number average molecular weight of 400 or more and 4000 or less or a polyester having at least one dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit selected from the group consisting of phthalic acid, isophthalic acid and terephthalic acid A polyurethane which is a polyol is used. |
