titleOfInvention | Novel CAF-like Fibroblast and Use Thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to carcinoma-associated fibroblasts (CAF) -like fibroblasts, a method for producing the same, and a method for screening cancer cell infiltration inhibitors using the same. The present invention is capable of screening substances inhibiting the infiltration of cancer cells at high throughput in a reliable manner and the CAF-like cells of the present invention have a phenotype similar to that of CAF, which is a key constituent of the screening system of the present invention But also a semi-permanent use is possible, so that a more efficient screening system can be constructed. In addition, the CAF-like cells of the present invention integrally explains the interaction between cancer cells and cancer fiber around the cancer, and is a research tool useful for studying various tumor-related mechanisms including cancer cell development, proliferation, invasion and metastasis research tool. |
