abstract |
The present invention relates to the detection of endocrine disrupting compounds. In particular, the invention provides a detection device for detecting an endocrine disruptor compound comprising a support structure and a ligand binding domain (LBD) of at least one sex hormone receptor immobilized on said support structure. The detection device further comprises linker molecules between the support structure and the ligand binding domain for immobilizing the LBD on the support structure. |
