More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyurethane- A metal phosphate antibacterial agent comprising one or more elements; A metal phosphate deodorant containing at least one element selected from Zr, Zn and Si; And at least one inorganic chlorinating agent selected from hydrotalcite, hunting, hydromannesite, zinc oxide, and magnesium oxide. The polyurethane-urea elastic yarn of the present invention has an excellent antimicrobial property, deodorizing property, discoloration resistance, and chlorine resistance.
