abstract The present invention describes a thermoelectric material based on a tetha headlight structure for thermoelectric devices and a method for manufacturing thermoelectric materials and devices. The thermoelectric device has a pair of conductors and a p-type thermoelectric material disposed between the conductors. The thermoelectric material is at least composed of a tetrahedrite ore and a hot pressed high energy milled tetra headlight formed of a pure element to form a tetrahedrite powder of Cu 12-x M x Sb 4 S 13 disposed between the conductors.
