More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sponge-like surface skin of the present invention, which comprises a buffing step of polishing the surface of a skin of a surface of a skin through a tanning process; A wet coating step of wet-coating a polyurethane resin coating solution on one side of the ground abrasive leather; A desolvation process in which the wet coated skin is drained using a spray system; An aging step of moving the desolvated skins to a coagulating bath to solidify the coating liquid; A baking process for vacuum drying the hardened leather in which the coating liquid is solidified; A drying step of drying the vacuum dried skins; And a coating step of coating the dried cowhide leather. |
