abstract | The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a protein containing unnatural amino acid via degeneracy reprogramming. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing protein containing unnatural amino acid via degeneracy reprogramming, which comprises the following steps: eliminating tRNA for one of codons encoding natural amino acids so as to remove encoding function of the codons; and extracellularly introducing tRNA used for introduction of unnatural amino aicd and tRNA required for the normal protein synthesis. Accordingly, the degeneracy of a living organism is reprogrammed, so that a plurality of codons can designate at least two amino acids, once the codons has designated only one amino acid. |
