abstract The occlusion device includes a cover component configured to regulate the passage of blood or blood clot through itself, and an occlusion frame including a plurality of elongate occlusion frame members. The elongate occlusion frame members are arranged to form a generally disc-shaped member. The closure frame is at least partially covered by the lid component. The apparatus further includes a fixing frame including a plurality of elongated fixing frame members. The apparatus further comprises a first hub component extending from the elongated frame members therefrom and a second hub component extending from the elongated frame members therefrom.
