The present invention relates to a ribosomal DNA nontranscribed spacer (rDNA NTS) -based gene multiplex cassette set and a GRAS-grade recombinant yeast strain using the same, and more particularly, to a recombinant yeast strain having a rDNA NTS fragment and an incomplete promoter The present inventors developed a recombinant strain for oral use which does not have an antibiotic resistance marker by developing a gene multiplex insertion cassette containing a selection marker and multiplexing it into the chromosome of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain as an optimal number. In addition, the present invention provides a vaccine composition comprising the strain, the culture thereof, the cell lysate, or the Nodavirus Capsid Protein (NNV) isolated and purified therefrom as an active ingredient. The present invention also provides a feed composition comprising the strain, the culture thereof, the cell lysate, or squalene or oxidosqualene isolated and purified therefrom as an active ingredient. Furthermore, the present invention provides a technique for producing GRAS-class recombinant yeast strains that mass-produce various recombinant proteins or useful metabolites. |
