abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a multicolor surface in which various colors appear in a single surface, and a multicolor surface produced by such a method. The multicolor surface according to the present invention is characterized in that a variety of color layers are formed in a uniform thickness on a single strand surface and each color layer in the surface is not separated during cooking, so that a visually differentiated surface dish can be enjoyed. It is possible to add the starch so that the cooking surface has a sharper color while suppressing the leaching of the oil component into the broth and improving the texture of the surface. |
