abstract |
The present invention relates to optoelectronic components 10 of various embodiments. The optoelectronic component 10 includes a carrier 12, an optoelectronic layer structure, and an intermediate layer 60. The carrier 12 is transparent. The optoelectronic layer structure includes: a first electrode 20 formed on the carrier 12 and having a transparent first electrode 20, an optical functional layer structure 22 formed on the first electrode 20, and a second electrode formed on the optical functional layer structure 23). When viewed at least on the carrier 12, a reflective mirror zone 44 is formed on the side of the back optically functional layer structure 22 with the carrier 12. Intermediate layer 60 is formed between carrier 12 and mirror section 44 and has an optical layer thickness greater than the coherent length of external light. |
