abstract |
The silicon-based nano-particle ink is made of a viscous polycyclic alcohol for controlling the fluidity of the ink. The ink may be made into a paste having non-Newtonian flow properties and good screen printing properties. The ink may have a low metal contaminant content suitable for forming the semiconductor structure. The silicon-based nanoparticles may be dopant-containing or non-doped elemental silicon particles. |
