abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a calcium phosphate particle / support having a double-pore structure on which an osteogenesis inducing factor is loaded. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing a calcium phosphate particle / support having bipolar calcium phosphate (BCP) The present invention relates to a fixed particle for promoting bone formation or a support and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, osteoporosis-promoting material can be continuously released for a long period of time owing to the double pore structure of the calcium phosphate particles or the support, thereby promoting continuous osteoblast differentiation, thereby improving osteogenesis of bone defect sites. |
