titleOfInvention Application of Seramics and Activated Carbons for Mollification of Virulence Due to Endocrine Disruptor in Paint Materials
abstract This study was carried out to investigate the possibility of reducing toxicity by adding ceramics and activated carbon which are harmless to human body and proved to be antibacterial. The mixture of 0.1% ceramic and activated carbon showed antimicrobial activity against five bacteria such as E. coli, salmonella, staphylococcus, klebsiella and saccharomyces. Especially, activated carbon showed growth of E. coli, salmonella and staphylococcus. inhibited coli proliferation by 100%. In addition, fungal growth was inhibited in wood coated with 20% ceramic, and the biological control effect of the fungus in the ceramic mixture was also confirmed. In the light-dark preference test, mice exposed to paint exposed to painted ceramic and activated carbon paint improved sperm vitality, while those exposed to paint did not stay in one place and continued to move, resulting in anxiety. On the other hand, And addition of ceramics seemed to dampen behavior. It was observed that paint toxicity was improved by addition of ceramics and activated carbon when the paint was placed in a plastic cup and when exposed to moss. All results show that adding ceramics to general paints and green paints, and activated carbon to natural paints can alleviate the toxicity caused by paints to induce psychological stability of animals and prevent sperm vitality from being caused by endocrine disruptors Ceramic-coated timber will help in the hygiene of eco-friendly buildings.
