titleOfInvention | Novel Saccharopolyspora spinosa wsp8209 Producing Spinosad with High Yield and Method for Producing Spinosad |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel microorganism having an excellent spinosad production efficiency and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing a spinosad, which comprises the step of producing feedback of the spinosad biosynthesis process by the rhamnose or spinosad itself inhibition and growth inhibition, and a production method capable of producing spinosad with high efficiency by culturing the microorganism. The novel microorganism of the present invention can produce spinosad in an excellent yield while overcoming feedback inhibition and growth inhibition of the spinosad biosynthesis process. Therefore, the production efficiency of spinosad can be greatly increased by using the novel microorganism of the present invention, and it is expected that the production time and manpower can be drastically reduced, and the production cost can be greatly reduced. In addition, the novel microorganism culture of the present invention has a high content of spinosad in itself, so that it can be used as a pesticide as it is. |
