The present invention relates to sustained-release preparation, which comprises: Ticagrelor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a hydrophobic lipid excipient as a release-controlling substance. According to the present invention, the sustained-release preparation is capable of maintaining constant concentrations of Ticagrelor in the body by gradually releasing Ticagrelor as an active ingredient at a constant speed from the preparation regardless of a pH, increasing drug compliance of patients due to the reduced number of administration, and maximizing therapeutic effects of drugs. |
