The present invention relates to a method for producing an pluripotent stem cell line derived from mesenchymal stem cells and an induced pluripotent stem cell line (accession number: KCLRF-BP-00318) obtained thereby. Specifically, the method for producing an induced pluripotent stem cell line of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining a mesenchymal stem cell from a human umbilical cord; (b) culturing the mesenchymal stem cells with a reprogramming medium containing Ecklonia cava to form colonies; And (c) subculturing the colonies to obtain an inducible pluripotent stem cell line. The induction pluripotent stem cell line according to the present invention was first constructed by the present inventors and the pluripotent stem cell line of the present invention can be differentiated into various cells and can treat various diseases or diseases through cell transplantation treatment. |
