Continuous manufacturing process for rubber masterbatch and rubber masterbatch prepared therefrom |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a continuous production method of a rubber master batch and a rubber master batch produced by the method. The process comprises the following steps: Step 1): The filler is placed in a rubber solution and stirred to form a rubber / filler / solvent mixture; Step 2): Remove the solvent and then dry the mixture to obtain a rubber / filler master batch. The present invention also relates to a rubber masterbatch prepared by the above method and a rubber product made using the rubber masterbatch. Compared to conventional wet mixing techniques, the present invention has no special requirements for rubber and filler, and can be used more broadly. In addition, the filler has a high dispersion degree in the rubber mixture, the production process is continuous, high efficiency, low energy consumption and low labor costs. |
