titleOfInvention Novel Cell Line for Evaluating Reactive Oxygen Species Level Induced Mitochondria, Composition Comprising the Same, and Uses Thereof
abstract TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a novel cell line for measuring the amount of reactive oxygen species derived from mitochondria, a composition comprising the same, and uses thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides a cell line transformed with a first recombinant viral vector and a second recombinant viral vector described below: the first recombinant vector comprises a Reactive oxygen species modulator 1 (ROMO1) promoter; And a reporter gene-coding nucleotide sequence operatively linked to the sequence; The second recombinant vector may be a CMV (Cytomegalovirus) promoter; And a reporter gene-coding nucleotide sequence operatively linked to the sequence. The present invention also provides a composition for measuring the amount of reactive oxygen species expression, a composition for screening toxic substances, a method for producing the cell line, and a method for screening for a hepatotoxicity inducing substance.
