abstract | According to a method of operating a preemptive mold fault preventing management system using a faulty quality history, when a product manufacturing plan is generated, a list of faulty molds referred to by a production fault ratio is generated from mold information of a database (DB), a facility management date, during which a selected object for a preemptive quality control is to be monitored until the product is manufactured, is set, and a history of objects for the preemptive quality control, which are maintained and repaired by the facility management date, is updated in the DB by a personal digital assistant (PDA) through a wireless communication network. Therefore, a manufacturing plan generator can easily generate the manufacturing plan without much hard work, long time, and status analysis difficulties. Also, since PDAs are used, the manufacturing plan generator, a quality manager, and a mold facility manager can wirelessly share their information with one another in real time. |
