abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a food composition having improved functionality by improving the conventional soybean milk process using soybean as a raw material. In addition, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a beverage having a good sensuality by analyzing and identifying the substances causing bean sprouts and heat streaks in beverage products based on conventional soybean milk, thereby removing the fishy flesh and the heat streaks generated during the process. |
