abstract | The present invention relates to a method for forming a uniform coating layer containing boride and nitride on the surface of cBN powder particles by a simple process. According to the present invention, a cBN powder having a coating layer having a boride and a nitride can be obtained through a simple atmosphere heat treatment method without a special apparatus. Further, according to the present invention, since a coating layer having boron and nitride is formed on the surface of the cBN powder particles by the gas phase reaction, a cBN powder having a uniform coating layer formed over the entire cBN powder can be obtained. |
